Short version: play fair, and ask if anything's wrong

The daily game is free for everyone. These terms mostly cover Infinite time-travel, the one thing you can buy.

What you get

Infinite time-travel is a one-time purchase of $5 (the checkout shows the final price in your currency, with any tax included). It unlocks unlimited extra journeys on eraly.io for the Google account you bought it with, on any device. There's no subscription and nothing renews.

We keep adding questions over time, and we may change or improve how Infinite time-travel works. We won't take away what you paid for while Eraly is running. If it ever has to close, we'll tell you in advance.

Paying

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax and receipts. Its checkout terms apply to the payment itself. We never see your card details.

Refunds

Infinite time-travel unlocks the moment you pay. By buying, you ask for access straight away and agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. All sales are final.

If something isn't working, email hello@eraly.io and we'll fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you.

Fair use

• Infinite time-travel is for you: please don't share your account.
• No bots, scraping or copying the questions in bulk.
• Don't try to break or overload the site, or fake scores.

If an account is clearly being misused, we may close it.

The small print

Eraly is a game made for fun. We check every question against Wikipedia, but mistakes can slip through: tell us and we'll fix them. The game is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
